At Bown of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury dressing gown or loungewear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garment and place it back into its original Bown of London packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
